Bayview Cottage is located close to Dunnet Beach on the NC500. The North Cycle Route1 passes the door. Guests with a disability will appreciate the improvements recently completed in the cottage. The cottage welcomes up to two well behaved dogs, the proximity of Dunnet beach and forest will guarantee a happy holiday for your dogs! wi-fi included, TV's in both bedrooms, living room and dining/kitchen area. BBQ in sheltered garden area and access to another large sheltered garden area which is shared with the other holiday lets.

Bayview has recently been refurbished with particular emphasis on improving disabled access as far as an old cottage permits. The house is on one level, with removable ramps in the corridor and one of the shower rooms is designed with the disabled visitor in mind. Please message us if one of your party is dependant on wheelchair use so we can put the portable ramp etc in place ahead of your visit.

Lean to garage suitable for bike storage etc.

Bayview allows up to 2 well behaved dogs ( must be notified at booking, extra charges apply) and has access to a shared field at the back of the Cottage dedicated for dog walking. The proximity of the huge expanse of Dunnet Beach at the end of the road and Dunnet Forest 5 minutes drive along the road will ensure your dog has a great holiday!

The neighbouring old farm steading and other nearby fields cannot be accessed by guests due to health and safety policy. As a courtesy to the other guests and neighbouring residential properties, we request that guests keep noise to a minimum.

We loved the cottage, it was clean and comfortable and well stocked. We were here to see Orca and we saw them at 11pm on the last day in Thurso Bay.
