As a courtesy to future guests who may suffer allergies etc, please follow the rules

• Dogs must be notified at booking stage as we prepare house differently when dogs are visiting. Additional fees will apply for dogs which arrive without notifying us and we reserve the right to refuse them.
• Dogs must be cleaned of sand/mud and dried off before entering house . A hose is located within the old garden area , dog towels supplied.
• NO DOGS ON BEDS!
• Dogs may relax on sofa but must use throws provided.
• Please use vacuum supplied to keep on top of dog hair!
• ALWAYS BAG AND BIN DOG MESS, dog mess poses a serious health threat to future child guests as well as our livestock, which graze the dog walking field occasionally.
• NO DOG FOULING on open grass areas or roadside.
• Dogs must be kept on a lead in dog walking field if other dogs are present or if you are in any doubt about your dog’s behaviour towards neighbouring livestock.
• The dog walking field and gardens are fenced and hedging exists but your dog could escape through gate rails or gaps to roadway.
• When using BBQ’S and firepits in garden area , please keep your dog close to your own party.
• Dogs must have been notified and paid for at booking, and paid for, as we prepare house differently when dogs are visiting .
• DO NOT ENTER ANY OTHER FARM FIELD WITH DOGS
